Question by Miss Masuce: E-Cigarettes available to minors?
I’m addicted to smoking, & its difficult for me to get ahold of cigarettes. I recently heard about a new type of cigarette, which does not cause cancer. Apparently “E-Cigarettes” can help you quit smoking. Are they available to minors ?
